How to compress, merge and split PDFs
- Compress: upload a PDF, choose a level and press Compress PDF.
- Merge: add several PDFs, put them in order with the arrows and press Merge PDFs.
- Split: upload a PDF, choose pages or ranges and press Split PDF. Multiple files are saved as a ZIP.

Which compression level should I choose?
Light keeps text and vectors but usually saves little. Balanced and Strong turn each page into an image, which can shrink scanned or image-heavy PDFs a lot, but text can no longer be selected or searched.
Why did compression not reduce my file?
Some PDFs are already optimized. Try a stronger level. If the result would be larger than your original, the tool tells you instead of giving you a bigger file.
How do I split a PDF into single pages?
Choose “Every page as its own PDF”. The pages are saved together in a ZIP file.
